The triple P, we are all guilty of it from time to time because, well, life can be hard!

The best laid plans aren’t always that easy to implement, there are different phases of ‘prepping’ your days eating, and it’s not always that predictable as even flawlessly set plans can change, but…

If you have some ‘go to’ options you can keep and store, the you rarely need anything else!

My Dad was a footballer under the late, great Sir Bobby Robson for Ipswich Town FC and one thing Sir Bobby told him directly was ‘learn one trick and you will never need another son’ [insert northern accent].

And this holds true for nutrition too. Identify YOUR go to meal prep and either Tupperware it up or freeze it so you always have something to revert to when under pressure.

So my method is to always have wraps in the house, to save them perishing you can layer these individually between grease proof paper, stack and freeze (to make for easy separation) for when needed.

Have a tin of tuna, some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic or apple cider vinegar at the ready, and some mixed leaf salad in the fridge drawer (this is a must have).

Wrap it up, wrap it foil and that’s a perfect on-the-go lunch guys.

Heck, you can even put aside some chicken from an evening meal which lasts up to 4 days in a fridge, or for the vegans among us, by all means have a can of cannellini beans in the pantry/cupboard ready to rustle up a mixed bean salad wrap with olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper…
